Hey.
I'm Nick. I'm a copywriter at DDB Chicago.
Raised in Lynchburg, VA, with farms, churches, and strip malls as far as the eye can see.
Influenced by mumblecore films, early 2000s hip-hop, and the Upright Citizens Brigade.
At age 7, I wrote a jingle about my local gas station's fried chicken to the tune of "Jolly Old Saint Nicholas." I have never, and will never, stop writing parody songs.
When I was kid I wanted to play for the Lakers and make commercials. Guess which one I'm going for.
I'd rather whole-ass something dumb and ambitious than half-ass something safe.
I can't hang a shelf on a wall, but I bet I can get more Jeopardy answers right than you.
Hopelessly addicted to seeing ideas come to life. Hopelessly addicted to seeing people's reactions to these ideas.
HERE'S MY RESUMÉ.
